perhaps you can help me out a bit since you posted the article with this quote-

While I can agree Trump takes to twitter too frequently, at least IMHO, I looked at those tweets several times looking for any reference to Russia, Russians, Putin et al. Could find nothing even remotely linked. I guess the author is just posting BS to suit his anti Trump agenda. Lot of that going around lately.
