I honestly don't see this as dilution, more panic selling. The T-trade for 437,000 were buys. If i were the CEO and wanted to dilute the stock why not wait till products release ? They have cash on hand for funding thru this year so dilution makes no sense.

OWCP,Tools, then trades. shows 2 trades about a minute after close.
