Just my opinion, but one would think that MV would want to clear this up as soon as possible before it gets to much public attention. They are in the business of signing contracts, if word gets out that the contracts don't mean a whole lot and will be breached if they think they can make a buck. Not too many folks are gonna want to use their service. If they don't want to be cooperative, and go through the legal system, this could take a while.
