One thing that you did not take into consideration is that GIGL's restaurant model is virtually a first of its kind. CPK's growth also occurred at a different time and place, so you can't really predict GIGL's potential growth rate with CPK's model. For example, malls are hurting today compared to CPK days due to online shopping. When did CPK ever have a mall offer to pay for a buildout of a new location because of the foot traffic it would bring? For that reason among others, GIGL's growth will likely occur far quicker than CPK's did.
