Ever since I started buying shells people have been saying this or that about hostile takeovers and that it was going to stop etc etc. But its been over 10 years and it appears its still going on strong. If its illegal then tell that to all the judges that approve it in Nevada and other states. I dont think they can do much about it. It appears its a work around people can take.

They are trying all the other avenues though. Suspended, revoking, inactive issues and all of that. A lot of the old players arent around but new people have started it up again.



Will see how it looks in another 10 years. Most cos will probably go the regular route of creating one from scratch. There are plenty of those around too.
