Up to $3.6M raised now. Last 8K had detailed the first $3.175M raised. Haven't thrown the numbers into Excel yet to figure out what is going on with the "Warrant Exchange" program. The $3.175M = 65,244,349 shares of common, or $0.0486 per share.

The finder's fee for this raise was $87,500: "$37,500 was paid in cash and the remainder was paid through the issuance of 500,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock." Buying activity was typical today and then I look up and it's up to 329K shares in a 5-minute period (mostly at $0.09 per share). I think I know who was selling the shares. No idea who bought or why??? Look for another 171K shares will hit on Monday.
