Options Express is very excellent, i used them years ago up until the USA kicked all the Canadian traders out.
They shipped us all up to Virtual Brokers, their platform sucks and they charge big bucks for the ECN backcharge.
they say they don't know what it is going to be for sub penny stocks
so you sell 5 mil and you get $250. charge
was crazy
not sure if they have changed that
