The 8k filed says controlling interest went to others, so what are you talking about when you say his email said: "he has no idea where those rumors started"

So as far as I know he has no control of company per 8k and whoever is at the wheel isn't talking, so until somebody at the wheel speaks up, all "rumors" good or bad are fair game. Am I wrong?
