I disagree and I already stated how they will get funds. The "whale" as stated did not say anything about issuing stock. I think they will be compensated with a percentage of profits.

I think just the opposite!!!! I figure it's kind of like the show Shark Tank. Getting a few private investors for a % of the profits in the future for their investment. Once certification is complete this new company would have no problem getting a loan from a financial institution to pay back the investors initial investment. Win Win for the company, private investors and shareholders! Capital, future % of profits with 100% investment returned with in a year or two, no dilution of stock! Just my take on what the possible deal could be!
