I'd put a value of USD $3290 for that website. There is nothing there that can't be found elsewhere, such as YaHoo finance, etc. Domain name cost to register each year: $10, Hosting the website a year $150, Domain name value: $2340. Website design/value: $800
Then there is the question of a business plan. How do they make advertising dollars on such a site. It looks like a free site to me. Not only that, ADHC is not even allowed to be listed on that site. Their TOS say: "Companies must meet minimum trading requirements to be included on our indices". A smart high school kid could create such a site in several hours. AND, I'd give ADHC the domain name MJuana.com for free. Or at most only a couple of mil shares.
So once again. I hope ADHC does not waste money and or stocks purchasing that website. Instead ADHC should concentrate on being a Supplier. Buy up some approved medical marijuana farms. Or even cheaper - buy some farms 'Subject to' getting approval to grow medical marijuana. Maybe some greenhouses too.
The actual marijuana supplier always gets paid.
I am a FIRM believer that ADHC will run soon. And I am an ADHC long investor. I just don't want ADHC to make a huge mistake and waste their resources.
