What looks like could happen is that all the CBD except for oil containing the amounts/ percentages listed in the bills to congress could be made illegal and pulled from shelves, because the same thing we're experiencing with medical Mj as opposed to recreational Mj could very well now happen with CBD.

How could we have one form of CBD be legal to carry all of the nation, and another form of CBD be sold online and on shelves in stores. If people can't tell the difference between medical and rec Mj how will they do the same with CBD?
