Year end financials due soon, and this may provide some insights in to the looming question of how Tmmi is continuing to operate. The immediate problem is financing. They need it. Whatever the long term prospects are for Tmmi (and I am not an optimist here), revenue is not a plausible solution for the short term. They must raise money either thru debt or equity, with equity the preferred means it seems to me.

Financing I think is what Tmmi supporters are looking for. If they can't raise money, they are dead.

On Dim's spanking, I agree that Dim is becoming increasingly irrelevant here. It may be that the on-going appeal is impeding business, but the result of the recent trial has not been devastating. Dim's claim for reimbursement for their legal fees was denied. There was nothing particularly newsworthy about the March 3/17 record entry. Stuff we already knew.
