WOW... can't believe that.. thanks for all that data... OOPS... WHAT DATA.????.. Maybe looking up what an NDA is... would help... I worked as both a buyer and seller and most contracts while under negotiation ... or consideration... Had NDA.s ALSO.... EVEN AFTER DOING A DEAL... There were restriction even to the point of having written permission before disclosing that we were doing business with someone else... or... that they were using us... And I am talking about one of the largest Corporations in America...

Guess anyone can not comprehend these business matters and think that there is no truth.. However... those who actually have been involved for years with business dealings see this as normal..

Also... I am sure that the business man doing the $500K Doesn't want calls day and night from people asking to see the check he wrote... or WHY he was doing it... or What his business plans are ... I WOULD NEVER GIVE MY NAME AT THIS STAGE... Hard to believe ... but I am sure that there are some who would be harassing them so much hoping he withdraws... !!

Good luck here.. and as you mentioned you might want to just sell out if that suited you..
