If you read the patent, there is nothing particularly novel about what they are doing...and many many other companies are doing the same thing just in slightly different ways.

I can't find any peer reviewed study that suggests water with high or close to saturation of DO content has any health benefits.

But then a lot of the "health" and "healthy" marketplace is based on hype with little actual science behind it.
