As Mark and Vivek have seen the potential of the main products of Sigma grow exponentially over the last couple decades, finally being able to bring the technology to the public sector, they are well aware of the value.

They, and the major shareholders would never sell at this point because they have yet to grow the valuation of the company.

Business 101.

Grow your company to a sustainable and profitable business. Increase your valuation as much as possible and then, if economically viable, sell to the highest bidder.

You don't sell out to GE or anyone that matter for a quick buck when this technology hasn't even barely hit the market yet.

With the plans for advancement already in place, Sigma has a long future ahead of itself. With the right R&D and possibly acquisitions of application related IIoT IP, I believe sigma will be a major player in the AM software sector.
