Agreed. They are delinquent, they did not file on 2/14. They did however file a nt-10-Q which states they have until the fifth of March to submit the 10-Q. To this point they have filed the correct paperwork. They are in compliance with the law, unlike a lot of otc stocks. I would think a changing of the guard in the financial offices might play a role in the delinquent filing.
