On Page F11, it says:

"NOTE 4 – DEPOSITS

Long-term deposits are comprised of aggregate of $204,259 of which $200,000 are deposits to acquire approximately 640 acres of land in Yuma County, Arizona at $46,500 per acre."

At $46,500/acre, that means they're going to pay $29,760,000 for the property that the tower is to be built on?? Or am I not reading this correctly? There must be a gold mine underneath it!

I think that's a serious typo!
