No, the 5,000 represents units...like blocks.

For example, when HDSN first listed, he had 50,000 next to his ticker. Then I watched all these big blocks of 9MM shares go by, a total of over 100MM shares...and then his number went down. Guess he was filled.

I'm no expert on market makers..learning by experience mostly, but I know it represents blocks, not actual shares. Agreed 5000 shares for a .0003 stock would be pretty weak.
