I thought the manual was created?

The conservatives have regulated the mining industry for years, and I think regulatory committees have kept the marijuana business at bay. Now with deregulation on the brink of getting congressional approval things may change dramatically. This is one of the lowest priced marijuana stocks out there. The volume is growing dramatically. I'm only going by what I see happening in the news, the market and with this stock. If you're already in the stock then it may fair very beneficial.
