I hope this one is right.

Over the years not many long-term PPER institutional or retail holders have been rewarded. Maybe the ones who sold out at $5 what ever before black Monday.

Yes I still hold all my shares and have written off as a total loss in my head.

If they avoid another RS I will be happy. RS is never a good option just to remain in compliance to trade on a major exchange.

Can PPER avoid a RS? We shall see, I remain doubtful due to to PPer's poor history of success.
