Name of the PStock game is in & out quick!
Not to languish till 2019 whereas you will miss dozens of opportunity stocks in the meantime - while your capital is tied up.

Pennystockers are the ultimate day traders. Everyone has just so much capital to invest, All penny stock companies are liers (imo), just sitting there waiting to live off your investment dollars. Most have NO revenue except what investors provide.

IDENTIFY the few penny stock companies that ACTUALLY reinvest public/investor funds versus those who don't. It is simple as that. They will stand out because of their purchases of income producing properties.

Where is RSII in this mix? RSII was previous an entertainment/film company. Now it is a marijuana company. Anyone with a logical mind has to see that RSII failed as an entertainment company -- so they are now flipping 360 degrees into a marijuana company - where there is an enormous amount of similar failed companies poised to compete (MJ world).

Get used to that fact. Pennystocking 'is a game' of sorts. Get into the wrong one and get stuck in 'pennystock 'h-ll' forever. Get into the right trip 2 (.0002) stock that goes to .0005 and double your money. A double (.003 or .004) zero stock has the same leverage. Get in and then get outo - then seek the next winner.

Do your due diligence (DD). Use a spread sheet to identify which Trip2 stocks regularly double before going back down to penny stock 'h-ll/basement'. Some regularly rise from T2 to T5 and go back down. 100% return is nothing to laugh at, when you can do it over and over and over again - sometimes within days or a week. But latching onto something like RSII that imo is sure to fall way back down - just because of the competition and crossover from film to mj - is not a good long term investment - in my opinion. Then there are the FEDs who have recently put a damper on recreational MJ Vs. medical MJ.
