LG Capital is suing TALK for 385K over breach of contract on their convertible debt notes defaulted on. PRAYER FOR RELIEF WHEREFORE, Plaintiff LG CAPITAL FUNDING, LLC seeks judgment against Defendant, ITALK, INC. as follows: i.
