The claim of "OTC SHORTY" is mentioned frequently. Unfortunately it always reeks of a scam, in fact it's the number one red flag on the OTC. Shorty and other nonsense like "Nasdaq uplisting" and a "$17 pps" were falsely claimed early during the GTRQ promo that ended with a FORM 15.
Legitimate companies who are serious about their credibility (which I'm not so sure GTRQ is), dismiss the talk of "shorty"/"moass" - simply because it's false. FINRA says there's none, making it easy enough to debunk the Shorty myth.
I noticed as well that Picasso has emerged to paint the tape yet again - more pps manipulation for GTRQ.
