Yes they had back orders for new power systems that would have generated revenue that they couldn't fill. They eventually sold the tech to a different company for 20% of the revenues, that company was recently profiled by CNN last month. Some are speculating that company also wants to reverse merge into BBRD from clues on the website but mainly it's about the CNN article and the tech.
