The decline is due to the cow mentality of traders AND the very short memory.
People tend to react to bad news even when the news is the same old news. Somehow they had forgotten or wanted NOT to believe that the AMEX was delisting GTE.

GTE has already felt the main pain shift in price from the $ 1.4 to these levels. I am adding here since the Company will exist AFTER delisting and there will be an excellent chance of moving the PP upward. The only other option would be BK and I don't think this is in the cards.
Too many good options are open for GTE and we will eventually get POSITIVE news on what they have been working hard for so long.
