The real cool thing is, there will be some trading here. Those note holders will not convert debt to shares and then just sit on them. They will "PROMO" the stock so they can sell their shares. And they will want to get as much as they can for them. Think they will be happy to just get .0001 if they can PROMO it to .0005? Most times when you see a PROMO, it is not management, it is debt holders wanting to make 500% on the converted shares.
