about to hit radars soon>> ENCC under radars pure play in the yet to be hyped MJ testing niche mkt which is like selling picks n shovels .. the real MJ score will be with compliance at workplace helping companys fight workers comp claims drug/MJ related.. company has spent loads of money and time developing proprietory state of the art realtime software for all this .. def one to keep eye on and have in MJ stocks portfolio.. float is super tight and thin.. key bluesky breakout is in the 5 cent area , that can occur with little vol as stock moves on air and has plenty of holders and momos waiting to dive in upon that break and power this way high .. same people that were in BLOZF from a few cents and drove it to 70 cents recently are involved here as well and just matter of time before the bell rings..
