Justin Trudeau needs to get his head into the game - legaliing cannabis should take no time - there wasn't a big debate about criminalizing cannabis, the government just did it....

the reason this whole deal is com[licated - they want to make it legal, but only to buy it from us....that is going to be a tough sell

legalize it, you can smoke it, you just can't sell it, grow it or share it?
