A Reverse Split is neutral at the moment it happens. It is not neutral if you have been a shareholder for 17 years and have already been thru one with this BOD.

Of course Steve is going to say that they are going to do their best to prevent it but in reality it does not mean anything. He has been saying for 15 years that they are going to partner.

I just hope that with the current share price, they feel sorry for us and do a 1 for 3 RS rather than 1 for 7 Ouch
