Sorry dude, but the only difference between legal weed and illegal weed is when it's legal more people ADMIT to it.

Come to BC, Canada (especially Vancouver) and probably 1/3+ of people illegally smoke it. Another 1/3+ get the extremely easy to obtain Medical Use card (make up some un-testable symptoms and you get a card). In places where it's harder to get the card, most medical users just stay with the illegal stuff.

So whether it's legal or not really doesn't make much difference.
