There is no evidence these clinics are taking, or have seen, patients. The dude who likes to take videos, while driving around in his car, has disappeared.

NWAV is showing classic pump and dump behavior. There was a lot of pumping recently, and now there is massive dumping which has been accelerated by the recent dilution.
