I'm not planning to buy the ETF so I haven't done a ton of research. However, I used to own HACK so I know ETF Fund Managers usually launches with 250-500K shares and will issue more IF there is demand. In the case of HACK, which I believe is there best performing ETF to date, they have issued something like 30 Million shares in total.

For every share of the MMJ ETF, it should mean 6 shares of $PMCB are held in trust for conversions.
