That is true. Yes there are states where they have decriminalized weed if caught with small amounts. But what about the people who get caught with a few ounces more? Maybe they get charged with intent to distribute (felony) or caught within a certain distance from a school? Yes there have been states that are moving in the right direction but we are not there yet. I know in Kansas if you get caught with any weed first offense you will do jail time. I think we can agree to agree but we are still in a gray area.
