IMO the ETF is most beneficial because it gives $PMCB free marketing and, to some extent, legitimacy. Not many OTCQB stocks are in ETFs, although this one is an MJ ETF and there are still many investors who won't touch MJ stocks with their mother-in-laws IRA.

PMCB also has one of the highest ratios in the AggroSphere Index, I believe, at 6. So each share of the ETF "contains" 6 shares of PMCB. That's a lot of extra trading volume because of ETF creation, conversions, and arbitrage.

I have no idea how ETF will effect price.
