This happened 8 minutes before your post. Was it you that took out that GTC order coming from E*trade that has been there at $1.43 for weeks?

I noticed the Ask is $2.01 instead of $1.43 this morning and searched for the after hours trade that took it out.

We have up to 5 or 6 positive events possible and some of them probable before the end of the month. I could write a few positive PRs based on court filings that update cases in Finjan's favor. They just told Bloomberg that Gen4 release should be this month. Out of their announced 4 possible licensing deals by the end of LAST quarter they still owe us one or two if you consider filed lawsuits to be included in that number and they backed out forcing litigation. It is their style to ink a licensing deal at the end of the quarter when they want to show revenue. I even anticipate a surprise or two based on rumors I won't share quite yet as they are not corroborated by public info.

I feel a PR coming in the next 10 minutes... we'll see.
