Those 1500 patients were in non approved cancer trials, short term by definition. I am more concerned with LT systemic response to growth hormones than I am myalgia.

I have essential tremor from approx 2yr use of an approved drug, Buspirone. LT effects are a real concern I can assure you, and jump starting synaptic growth is a pretty strong stimulant. The stronger the effect of a drug, the greater the risk in LT use.
