TD Ameritrade needs Investigated and STOP naked shortselling events by its brokers to restore fairer playing field within US securities markets.

It is destroying many corps out there and the recent investigations of TD and DRYS/Kalani financial scheme many Shareholders have written regulatories about also shows the destruction of such greedy practice...

In over 10 years I have been with TD, I am getting away from them as too many problems have occurred today mainly with their incompetent news feeds delayed days and weeks as well as very late SEC filings too...
