Agreed JJ, but unless they put out some blockbuster news in the next week or so I see the stock price continuing to slip-slide back down due to the upcoming termination of the holding period for 2.5M shares of privately issued stock. Hopefully FTE fans have kept some dry powder for this event -- I have. In fact I even blew out a very small amount of my position when it spiked above $.80, with a view toward buying back cheaper later this month.
Any thoughts on when they might issue audited 4Q numbers and the 10K? I realize that small companies typically go right out to the due date (i.e. March 31 in this case) but given that they had closed the books so early (see PR dated 1/25) this would at least seem to leave open the possibility that they would be in a position to file the 10K a few weeks before its due date, if they wanted to. The reason they may be wanting to hold off on putting the 10K out is to wait for the inevitable dump of stock onto the market from the 2.5M shares becoming free-trading so as not to let that event rain on the ensuing parade.
I believe that once they put out their '16 10K, there is a chance that they could pick up some analyst coverage. I know that unlisted companies typically don't get covered by analysts but in rare instances they do, and I believe this may be one time that that happens.
