Yes, power plant was extended to this month. Those investors are to arrive sometime this month to consummate the deal or not.

There are different components to NEWC, and any one of them that take off will only enhance/support the others.

I don't believe Campos is deceptive as others here have stated. I believe he will succeed and prove himself. In fact I'm betting (investing) on him!
