You do a great job. Don't overextend yourself beyond providing the great info the way you do. The fact that you're diligent, but without continuously pumping promises should give ppl enough security if they are truly serious about going w/ this company.

Also, i have a good friend who is highly intelligent and a leader in the world of sports science. He makes time for everyone he can who seeks his help. Great great dude, but unfortunately he Just had a stroke, and he's not old. I think that's a good reminder that we shouldn't take on everyone elses problems, cuz it takes a toll.
