It's amazing that some many people don't understand that options are incentives and retention plans that they have to be paid for by the employee and the money goes directly to the company.

Moreover, when the person who exercises the options never sells them, and in addition buys even more stock on the open market, there are actually some people don't see that as a 100% all in buy in to the company. A total commitment.
