P10 Industries, Inc. (OTC Pink: PIOI) recently filed a form 25 with the SEC to delist from the Nasdaq. Apparently they sold all, or substantially all, of their assets, leaving a pink sheet shell behind. So, who controls the shell now and what, if anything, are they trying to do with it? Anyone know?
