Interesting, back down to the point where in Dec I was questioning why this was suddenly moving up with no major news apparent, I suspected a boiler room P&D back then, but no I don't know what I am talking about. I still think this is not kosher, MJ is still illegal according to Federal Law, hell they can't even work with the banks, mj "industry" is still relegated to a cash business. I have doubts that an emerging "insurance" company is going to be able to gain licensing, pass governmental regulations peddling an insurance to the users of an illegal product no matter what some individual states say, they are still defying federal law.
