Brokerage defunct and merged. Margin covered at .10. Surely there are more than 34.068 million Encounter Technolgies Inc shares out if Encounter Development Technolgies Inc goes away.

Guess you wouldn't want to be oversold with a .10 margin very long. Could get expensive ...
