hmm, well, one contract was cancelled 4 months early. It was set to expire Dec 31 2017 anyway, and IBM cancelled it effective September 1 2017. (exercising its right under the agreement to terminate on 180 days advance notice.

they cancelled one (the larger) of two contract early, they didn't cut all business ties with them.

So I don't know how it really impacts the reverse split.
