Oh dear! Where to begin? This isn't something we would commonly address on this board but you are the one who chose to bring it here so here we go.
As it relates to a phone number for message board support...forget it. We do all message board support in written form so we have a communications trail to follow. And you are much more likely to get an Admin escort to the door than a phone number anyway. You would find such an escort to be permanent, with prejudice.
Over the years you have put yourself in a position of being persona non grata around this site. You flit from one board to another as though you are the purveyor of all that is righteous about anything that comes to mind. Well, that might not be an issue were it not for the fact that you haven't been able and still seem unable to do so within the confines of this site's rules.
You make a big issue out of the fact that you are a Premium subscriber to the site as though that would somehow give you immunity to TOS compliance when it does no such thing. Premium membership gives you access to additional site features not available to free members. That's it. All members are required to comply with the Terms of Service.
Now to your current predicament. Simply put, we are all tired of your nonsense. And coming to this board to rail on one Admin in particular is totally ridiculous. You've been sanctioned by just about every Admin who has ever held that position. And you've been warned by most. Shelly just happened to be the one who who finally told you last year that, going forward, you would be permanently banned from any board on which you posted something attacking another member. Just for the record, you are now either restricted or permanently banned on 89 boards. We're thinking you might some day run out of boards on which to post. You're getting there but we know it takes a while.
And don't play the self righteous card about not attacking anyone on that particular board. Among others, here is a quote from one of your recent posts there:

So save that nonsense for anyone who doesn't have access to your complete history here since day one.
Finally, consistent with the bigger picture, I'll say that we are not especially fond of the occasional bad actor who comes along and does so much to make life miserable for those who come here to discuss the merits of their investments, both positive and negative, and hopefully make a few bucks along the way. There are a lot of people here who work very hard to make that a relatively painless and pleasant experience and you seem hell bent on disrupting all of the good work done by all those other people. That puts you in a very small minority and there comes a day when we require everyone in that category to either get their heads on straight as required by our rules or find a new sandbox where they might own the ball. You don't own the ball here and this is your day in the spotlight.
So choose your poison. Shape up or ship out.
It doesn't look like I'll be running out of things to do any time soon.
