Multiple TALK SEC filings stated the acquisition was DONE. Period.

Do I need to copy and paste the specific statements again?

Oh, and they were CERTIFIED by the CEO and CFO as 100% factual and accurate. TWICE.

TALK and its management is lying. Which under Sarbanes is FRAUD.
