When is always a good question, when waiting on bankruptcy lawyers. LOL
I got a notice in the mail, which in part said this:

First Interim Distribution
By Order Granting the Trustee ’3 Motion for Order Authorizing interim Distributions to Certain
Creditors (Doc. No. 1014) (the “Interim Distribution Order”), the Bankruptcy Court authorized
the Chapter 7 Trustee to make interim distributions to unsecured creditors whose claims have
been allowed, including the bene?cial holders of the securities. Pursuant to Section 6.1 of the
Trust Agreement, all such distributions shall be made to the bene?cial holders of the Preferred
Securities (the “Holders").
Pursuant to the Interim Distribution Order, the Trustee has received a total of $3,539,598.06 for
distribution to the Holders (the “First Interim Distribution”), subject, as set forth in the Indenture,
to the payment of the unpaid Trustee Fees since 2009 of the Indenture Trustee and the Delaware
Trustee, which aggregate $278,164.80. The Trustee has established January 13, 2017 as the
Record Date for making distributions to Holders (the “Record Date”). On January 19, 20.17 (the
“Distribution Date”), the Trustee will distribute to Holders who hold Preferred Securities as of
the Record Date their pro-rate share of $3,261,433.26 which equates to a total rate per $1,000 of
728294363. If you account for these Securities in Dollars, payment rates are set forth in the table
below.

I haven't received my money yet.
