When is always a good question, when waiting on bankruptcy lawyers. LOL I got a notice in the mail, which in part said this:
First Interim Distribution By Order Granting the Trustee ’3 Motion for Order Authorizing interim Distributions to Certain Creditors (Doc. No. 1014) (the “Interim Distribution Order”), the Bankruptcy Court authorized the Chapter 7 Trustee to make interim distributions to unsecured creditors whose claims have been allowed, including the bene?cial holders of the securities. Pursuant to Section 6.1 of the Trust Agreement, all such distributions shall be made to the bene?cial holders of the Preferred Securities (the “Holders"). Pursuant to the Interim Distribution Order, the Trustee has received a total of $3,539,598.06 for distribution to the Holders (the “First Interim Distribution”), subject, as set forth in the Indenture, to the payment of the unpaid Trustee Fees since 2009 of the Indenture Trustee and the Delaware Trustee, which aggregate $278,164.80. The Trustee has established January 13, 2017 as the Record Date for making distributions to Holders (the “Record Date”). On January 19, 20.17 (the “Distribution Date”), the Trustee will distribute to Holders who hold Preferred Securities as of the Record Date their pro-rate share of $3,261,433.26 which equates to a total rate per $1,000 of 728294363. If you account for these Securities in Dollars, payment rates are set forth in the table below.
