He doesn't even qualify for a car loan much less a 12-35 million dollar loan depending on whatever his last pipe dream angle is. The brilliance here is he never expects to get it, who in their right mind would loan him that, he has nothing, no product, no revenue, no assets - that's his angle, never any expectations or work on his part, just buy his shares on the hype, rape the shareholders, rinse and repeat - and since it's a 'real dream' I'm guessing he bypasses the legalities. He can do due diligence with 50 investors, they're all going to say no, but legally he can say he's doing due diligence and people will buy...
