Actually! Richard doesn't have to release his financials for the last 2 years because his company with $6m in revenue is a private company.

He is in the process of doing a R/M with a clean shell.

Once we get the notification or the 8-k, we will at that time see is financials on the private company.

He is, probably as we speak, in the process, in making sure that his private company's financials, are up to the SEC regulatory standard for this R/M to become one.
